Sneakers, Carrabas and Outback cater quality dining for the younger generation who moved in right before the prices exploded. These three restaurants are right next to each other and are always full. There was an earlier picture of 'Sticky Fingers' which is in the same block.

Nice shot. Old style. As in film noir in the 40s. Great.
I'm surprised that this subject works so well in black and white. We just don't seem to have any of this type of sign here, very 1950's.
